inspired by the beautiful photos on the crepes of wrath (click link for recipe). the raw sugar topping is key and makes for a crunchy, sweet topping. my friends could barely inhale them fast enough, and i only managed to keep one for myself...but that one little muffin was daaaay-um delicious.

i've always enjoyed making chocolate chip cookies. but for some reason, when i made this particular recipe today, the kitchen smelled SO good! it smelled like the cookies they bake at disneyland. (talk about bringing back great memories!) the taste was wonderful, not too sweet or too buttery. just perfect. they were crisp, chewy, and had the right amount of chips. the m&m's gave it a festive twist. i love it. i'm trying out your biscotti recipe as i type... except, i added almonds. :o)
ReplyDeleteaha! i was referring to your valentine's day chocolate chip cookies :o) and your chocolate biscotti recipe.
ReplyDeleteBlueberries and lemons sound so good! I bet they combine to make an amazing muffin!
ReplyDeletei saw your pictures on tastespotting and decided that i had to make them. you're right, they are delicious! they were gone within the day and i've already had requests to make more. thanks for sharing this awesome recipe!
